So so love this. It’s sweet and sad and has a little hope mixed in just for good measure. Very well done. Kind of reminds me of the sentiment of the Cold Play song “Fix You”

‘When you are you and need an I? Just say my name, I’m by your side’ Adore this line. Adore all of it, but this last line just about floored me and made me a gooey puddle on the floor. It’s absolutely beautiful. It is the perfect verse, bursting with expression and love. It’s just…wow. Don’t you ever doubt your ability to move with words. You do. I challenge anyone to read this and not smile. It has everything someone would want to hear to make them feel loved, adored and safe to be themselves. Beautiful. Inspiring. Moving. The perfect mix of everything right.
Right, must stop gushing…sigh…
A love as pure and selfless as this is the stuff that dreams are made of. The sentiments and feelings evoked by this truely touch me. Miss F does know me so well, she knew I would love this as much as she does. I know some single mothers who wish for a love like this in their lives.
